Amidst nature, amongst friends, enjoying sumptuous food & winning loads of prizes playing interesting games, this was truly a Sunday Funday!

Autodesk, the parent company of popular software like Autocad, launched its Software Lab called ‘Center of Excellence’ at reputed educational institutions in Mumbai & Delhi. The occasion graced by eminent Politicians & Academicians was the start of a good software education for many youngsters.
The Developer Network Division also rolled out 3 multi city conferences for its developers in a series called the ‘Autodesk Developer Days’. Over 100 delegates participated in each of these conferences.

Cartoon Network’s annual Upfront Party was a congregation of its clientele & their kids who enjoyed the afternoon playing arcade games, getting their hair braided, enjoying sumptuous food & getting lots of goodies from their favorite TV channel.
DyAnynsys Stall , Times Now canter & IBM Installations FH executed multicity stall design & construct for DyAnsys, a reputed name in health monitoring technologies. This reusable stall has traveled to various exhibitions across the country. FH was also called on by the latest entrant in television news ‘Times Now’ to design a canter for its ‘Bangalore Now’ campaign. IBM also called on FH to fabricate & install IBM Tryscience kiosks as a part of its CSR activities at various Bal Bhawans across India.

From five kinds of drinking water and a roast turkey specially flown in from Mumbai the FH crew ensured that arrangements for this show were nothing less than ‘in-excess’! The teams effort was worthwhile as they saw the audience sing every song from ‘suicide blonde’ to the soulful ‘beautiful girl’ & ‘afterglow’ with the Australian band INXS and its newest member J.D. Fortune. A brand new truss with an amazing display of sound and lights were a welcome addition.
Nokia - APAC Region visit Nokia needed a smoothly run two days for its top management with a variety of requirements thrown in.
The FH crew flew down to Chennai to organize a conference for the Nokia APAC managers in Sept. this year. FH ensured that the foreign delegation had a taste of both the Indian metropolitan city & its outskirts by taking them for a visit around famous heritage sites. From elaborate market projection presentations to henna tattoos and Moghul paintings as parting presents this first visit for many of the delegates was quite memorable..
R C Alive – 6 city concert Style and fun put together in a heady mix for Royal Challenge.
A 4 city “in-club” concert series with popular band Infrared. With 3 shows back to back in each city for an audience from 200-1200 guests, the FH Production crew ensured that each execution goes smoothly. Both the band & the Royal Challenge Managers applauded the team's tireless efforts.
Radio City Live Concert & Roadshow Radio City creates a stir in Bangalore and attracts unprecedented attendance for a show with talent and execution as its strengths.
Our brief was “6 bands, 6000 people and a fantastic show”. On 17th March, it was 7000 screaming fans, 6 local bands and Parikrama for the closing act at a no glitches event at Palace Grounds. The concert preceded by innovative road promotions across the city and went down as a memorable showcase for the local ROCK talent in Bangalore..

A concert in the midst of the monsoons is a nightmare for any event agency. But with all guns blazing and preparations to tackle the rain gods FH ensured that it wasn’t the rain but Australian band Taxiride that stole the show!
